Columbus Wellness Center Welcomes New Practitioner

CAM Beth NB photoBeth Zigler, RN, has joined the staff at The Center for Alternative Medicine, a wellness center near the border of Columbus and Westerville, off I-270. The services she provides include craniosacral therapy, Reiki, herbology, detoxification and aromatherapy. Her journey toward holistic healing followed an injury she sustained during her nursing career. While recovering, she discovered Reiki. “I felt instantly drawn to it,” says Zigler. She was subsequently became certified to practice it, in order to share similar experiences with others in need of assistance.

The Center for Alternative Medicine also currently offers naturopathic medicine, guided imagery, healthy lifestyle coaching, massage and reflexology. “We want to help people alleviate the harmful effects of stress, reduce pain, improve sleep, manage weight, clear toxins and relieve digestive issues,” explains Karen Kiener, a certified health coach and fellow staff member.
